Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Your Sara Esther Jewellery order will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 1-2 working days for in stock Products and 4-6 weeks for Made to Order pieces. Please note that during busy periods, or with more complex pieces, the lead time may be slightly longer. Also, shipping outside of Europe can take longer than the expected delivery window, due to customs. Sara Esther Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We trust Bpost with all our national and international deliveries to ensure your order will arrive quickly, safely and smoothly. 

Belgium delivery is 7 euros. Shipment to all EU countries is 10 euros and, for the rest of the world, it is 15 euros. Taxes and duties costs are not included in the shipping cost applied on our Website. These will be your responsibility. Products are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. 

You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.

CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Shipments to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary depending on your location. These will be your responsibility.

Please note that clearance and customs procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. In such cases, it is very difficult for us to speed up the process, as they are controlled by the customs department in the importing country. Orders are held and checked at random, meaning delivery timings are taken out of our control.


RETURNS

All jewellery is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery and exchange it for store credit. Regrettably any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused. 

In the case of a Bespoke Product, including Bespoke, Engraved, Personalised or Made-to-Order products (such as rings in very small, or very large, sizes), no refunds are available.

As far as possible, Products should be returned in their original condition: with both Products and all packaging, securely wrapped; including our delivery slip; marked as ‘Return’ (on external packaging); at your risk and cost. Sara Esther Jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged in transit returning merchandise.

Items must be returned to us at Rue du Prince Royal, 7, 1050, Bruxelles, Belgium, no later than 14 days from date of delivery. It is required that you track the shipment. Sara Esther Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any mislabelled returns.

In the case the Products received are faulty: you must inform us by email at info@saraesther.be within a period of 14 days from date of delivery. You must specify all details of the order and defect and include photos of the Products. The Products must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered. Products returned will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
